What happens if a drunk person has the engine on to stay warm, but is sleeping in the passenger seat? Could they still be arrested for a DUI?

Somehow I knew it was this guy. He was the DARE officer in the 90s that would come to each elementary school in the district to tell us that drugs are bad. Oh yeah, and then there was the Federal charges against him.

Just make sure you're not connected to the car's Bluetooth and doing hands-free calls. The car will act like one big speaker and the whole parking lot will learn things you didn't necessarily want strangers knowing about you.
