In terms of lowest building cost but in today’s world with $2B stadiums they can easily afford enough extra urinals to make up for the few lost spots.
Also they’re terrible for the environment because they have to run water constantly instead of only when in use.

A normal pallet is usually 6.5" tall. So 22 of them put it at nearly 12 feet of pallets. Add in the height of the bed, at least 2 feet (just guessing), this at least 14' tall. 13'6" is the max height for vehicles.
Edit: and that's 12 feet above the top of the bed sides, so actually probably way over.

13’6” is max height for a truck. I’d say it’s pretty close.

They’re most likely going away in the next renovation plan too.

I remember being there when they opened that up. It was mind blowing. There are other combos, but that one had all three.

What do they mean by "Pittsburgh"?
Like, in the city? There's barely any chain restaurants. The vast majority of neighborhoods have zero.
In the suburbs? That's where the chains are here. But that's also not the city, so this may depend on both of ya defining "Pittsburgh" very differently.

It shut down very suddenly one day and the rumor was it failed health inspections that badly. I don't know how true that was, but precisely zero people would've been surprised had that been the case.

When I was a kid in the 80s there was a White Castle by the north side end of the 16th street bridge, I don’t remember if it was open or already shut down at that point, but the building was there. I always thought it was cool, because it was shaped like a weird castle! I didn’t even know it was a burger place until years later.

I'm sure I'm not the only one but I always try to avoid following someone with stuff in the bed of their truck, even when it isn't ridiculous like this.
I know there are some handy people out there, but I also know how stupid some people are and I never want to blindly trust the guy in front of me knows how to safely strap everything down

Yeah, I've been down there a few times and I definitely remember it being pretty chain heavy.

I've worked with commercial pallet recyclers before. They don't stack pallets more than 14 high on their deck-over trailers due to height restrictions. I see 22 pallets in the stack, plus who knows how many hidden behind the tailgate. He's definitely going to hit a tunnel, bridge, or power line.
