Yeah I haven't seen them in a few months, they aren't at the property often. Other neighbors say they come back to work on it every few weeks, so that doesn't seem like an option or else I so would! I don't really have a say in what happens to a shed not on my property (even tho I think the shattered windows should be secured to avoid entrance) My problem is they enter my property, peering into my house , to get to the shed. So if the shed was secure would this happen? Would my dog wake up hearing commotion on my property? Footprints all over my back yard from the night before (thanks snow for the evidence) Don't know but would like to explore than avenue

I get the frustration but maybe try to talk to the owner/ person working on the house first. If you’re frustrated I’m sure other people around are too, you can try asking them if they know what’s up and know how to get it sorted in a neighborly way.

Is the issue regarding possible homeless people that they are walking through your yard or that they are in the shed?

There is nothing funnier than petrified old conservatives acting like downtown is a lawless gangland like LA during the early 90s race riots. I went to school and worked downtown for over a decade and never saw any of this alleged crime they've been pissing their pants over. These people are scared of their own shadows but act tough. Its cute.

I was recently in this situation and decided to take a nice camera and tripod to Phipps as early as possible. It was funny because I decided to do this in mid December, the Christmas decorations were up so there was actually a little bit of traffic. Phipps is really designed for single file walking, so in about three minutes I'd bewildered a whole lot of mostly older people who were so confused why I would be in a hurry to get through the conservatory. I went into the big jungle room, quickly snapped like 100 selfies in the hopes I would get one for a smile like a normal human, and then since I was in a jungle in December I brought a book and just read for an hour and soaked up the humidity and left.
