Actually it is, I live right on the county line. People are looking at the cost and realizing there are more affordable properties not much further. Developers are building homes in the 15005 zip code. Seneca Valley although a huge school, isn't much better than other local districts, my niece and nephew are Seneca grads.

It's also from several years ago. My daughter is a senior right now, and my son is a sophomore. So this was before they attended the high school. I do remember hearing about it at the time though. It seems to me that they've fixed that problem.

Those school rankings don't tell the whole story either. As I said, my kids go there. I'm familiar with the academic environment. It's a large, and diverse school district. Achievement varies, but the education offered is fine.
