We went to Bao a week or so ago and had dim sum there. They don't have a huge selection but it was good. Also, a bit easier of a place to go than trying to get a reservation at Parlor all the time.

There are 2 houses on my street in Castle Shannon that are up for sale. One is a foreclosure at $160K and the other is newly updated and is $219K.

I remember Del’s. I used to work at CHP in Lawrenceville and when they filmed that the streets over there were chaos since Del’s was close.

Check out Plum Borough. Several nice houses for sale there at or below your price range. I grew up in the borough, and stilI live there. Good schools, low crime, 30 minutes from downtown in light traffic, close to the turnpike and 376, convenient to Monroeville for shopping.

The PPD horses walk around near their barn and in Riverview Park quite often when the weather gets nice. They pass my house a lot. I can't provide a stinky horse blanket (this thread is the sweetest I've seen all week btw!) but I can say that if you visit the area, you might catch a glimpse.
