I respect you for being willing to be open to experiences you've been told are bad. The 2A isn't supposed to be political, it's for everyone. Remember, it doesn't give you the right as much as it denies the government the power against you. That's what virtually all the constitution and bill of rights does... limits the government to ensure a free people.

Also hit up r/PAGuns... you'll find that the politics is mainly pushed by those who serve to gain from discord. The Firearms community is overwhelmingly helpful and very pro- even people with different opinions or ethnicities because like I said before, it's not political.

> Some Allegheny County police officers may be headed to Downtown to bolster the law enforcement presence amid escalating concerns about safety and violence.

> According to multiple sources, county Executive Rich Fitzgerald has offered to provide a contingent of county police officers to supplement the work being done by city police.

> Pittsburgh Mayor Ed Gainey is believed to be receptive to the proposal, which has yet to be announced publicly. Mr. Fitzgerald discussed the idea during a recent Pittsburgh Cultural Trust board meeting, sources said.

DO NOT DO THIS. The Pittsburgh Zoo is NOT one of the best zoos in the country. I’ve been to the San Diego Zoo, the National Zoo, and the Columbus Zoo and IMO Columbus is far and away the best. Pittsburgh Zoo is like a crappy petting zoo by comparison.

Out of state, but I’m very proud to admit that my paternal grandfather got into a fistfight at Hardee’s (aka Carl’s Jr.) with one of his coffee and breakfast sandwich buddies, who was a retired cop, a little over ten years ago. They both were about 80 at the time, and I understand that whatever the subject they fought about, it was pretty stupid.

My uncles were pretty upset about Gramps getting 86d from Hardee’s for the day. We grandkids had no such hang-ups.

You can come with me up to the Wexford state game lands range next time I go up on a nice day if you want, I have a wide range of guns from .22lr pistols to a suppressed .300Blackout AR15, and the only politics I'll discuss are the things you need to be aware of as far as laws and keeping yourself legal

How about the trolley Museum?

Heinz history center just got ranked in top 10

Children's museum is a riot imo for 5+ year olds and probably won't be super packed on a weekday. if your kids are older there is the museum lab (but looks like it's only open Saturday).

So? Getgo is focused on a smaller area or used to be.

Sheetz has a metric shit ton of locations and they are battling w Wawa on it's eastern front. And royal whatever when you go towards maryland

Why move into crammed areas that don't fit their giant gas tankers when you can go over to York pa, build a new giant denovo location in cheap land in the next up and coming exurb. Giant eagle is also a brand in Pittsburgh, and has synergies w getgo

Where I grew up my favorite sheetz shut down. 2 years later they opened up a huge one a few miles down the road right next to another gas station ... Somehow I think that other gas station got more busy

Also rutters on the secondary main truck routes
