Talk about insult to injury, they're taking (up to) just 6% off someone you just laid off's salary if they lay them off.

Like not just lay you off, but setting back your retirement savings a year for a figure of 6% of their salary which is peanuts even relative to the salary itself that they will be saving.

They could write this into an episode of the Simpsons as something Mr. Burns would do.

You’re only proving how immature you are. Kids giving strangers middle fingers has nothing to do with sports. Sports are competitive and athletic. Having your kid flip off a stranger isn’t even creative or funny. It’s just dumb.

If that’s something you feel the need to get behind and support, I feel bad for you. Sports are a lot more enjoyable when you focus on the game, not bullying strangers who you have no idea what they’re going through. By all means, talk shit and flip off your friends. I do that but I know how they are and what’s going on in their life.

My point is there are quiet places that don’t have gates. The poors won’t bother you. Lawn service doesn’t start until 8:00am. The druggies sleep til noon.

You are a complete child

1 fan bullying a stranger is 1 too many. Philly is known for it. I never said every fan cause of course it isn’t every fan. Not looking for a hug. Looking for you to acknowledge too many of your fellow fans are out of line bullies and then for you to fuck off back to middle school. This is even more simple than your algebra homework

The advantage to me is that I’m a horribly horribly lite sleeper and since they are a pain to get in and out of and horribly out of the way, they tend to be extremely quiet. Im willing to put up with a few annoying letters about cutting the grass or putting the trash can behind the fence for the quiet.

It gets (and deserves) lots of hate but Tequila Cowboy and the surrounding bars are the new mecca for 21st birthdays. IMO Belvederes and Goldmark in Lawrenceville are much more fun.

Basically Tequila Cowboy if you like Morgan Wallen’s music and the latter if the thought of his music makes you ill.

Have you ever been to the national aviary? It’s a pretty amazing experience and is pretty immersive as you are walking around in exhibits where the animals and birds are not confined to cages. It gets nothing but rave reviews when we take family trips there.

I completely disagree. Permits are required for additions and major modifications that affect a minority of houses. The interior condition of a house has a massive impact on sale price.

Even with annual assessments, a landlord can buy a shithole house, gut it, install high end fixtures, jack up the rent and coast on a low assessment forever.

A system that requires a detailed market comparison for every house in the county is not a good use of tax dollars. I’m in favor of more frequent assessments. I just want to point out it’s still not going to fix the “newcomers tax” issue
