If you're not averse to the most fast-casual of fast-casual dining, pretty much everyone in Pittsburgh treats Primanti's ike a real institution.

I'm biased because I live real close to it, but if you're not too squeamish Center for Postnatural History is a treat. Further afield the curio shops in Allentown neighborhood are a real trip. There's also Randyland, Photo Antiquities, and your more fancy museums/cultural sites like the Warhol, Heinz, Carnegie Museum of Natural History etc.

The actual number of renovations that are going to change property values by that much across all those areas is going to be vanishingly small. The biggest factor remains location and that can be accounted for by looking at sales comps. The idea that this stuff is unknowable is pretty silly, I think. Plenty of people in the market engage with these conditions and set prices for properties all the time.

I’ve never had their BBQ, but Oya Sushi in Castle Shannon has always been delicious. We eat the sushi, and their BBQ tables have never been empty when we’ve been there.

I don’t know a lot about Korean food either, so can’t really tell how authentic it is, but everything was great, there was a big selection of plates to try and I really liked the atmosphere of this place.

I also struggle with acne and constant oily skin. What I have found that helps is cerave hydrating lotion spf 30 matte finish. It moisturizes, protects, doesn't clog your pores, and it doesn't look like an oil pit on your face!! I love it.

Regarding your initial question, I have seen many dermatologists who state that no matter where you are you are always going to be receiving UV exposure. Inside or outside doesn't matter. I just use it in the morning and then on sunny days reapply in the afternoon.
