Well that’s almost funny how she sidestepped any accountability. Why does she get re-elected?

Yeah it's basically the same thing. I have used both with similar experiences with both. Not all of the places are dual listed so you may have to look into both if you don't see something you like. We had a bachelor party at a cabin outside of 7 Springs that was great. We found the listing on VRBO but ended up going thru the local rental company itself and saved a nice but if money because the local company didn't charge the booking fees like VRBO would have.

She was the board president when the contracts were awarded then she conveniently stepped away while everything was physically being built and the bills were piling up. She often says that she wasn’t president during the time the deficit was created which is technically true but she was in charge of setting the wheels in motion.
From what I remember the architect was a friend of hers and had no previous experience with a project of this type. The architect was also a major reason the project went so over budget….. using imported tiles from Italy are one thing I remember, another was some type of crystal chandelier.
It’s been a few years since I really dug into it so I don’t want to misspeak on any facts but be sure, I am not one with a favorable opinion of Mrs. Vecchio.

As a Philadelphian, Philly fans are always insufferable. It’s kinda what we do best.

Wow many more better people than me here. My immediate thought was If you were a steeler fan to the core would you even be asking this?

The previous owners added on a full bathroom in the finished basement, I believe one water heater only supplies this and the rest of the house (1 full bath, kitchen, etc) are supplied by the other heater.
One is on it's way out (2011) and one is fairly new (2019).

I hate going into the city. Doing it for work is enough lol. Plus, the parking sucks.

This is an interesting idea. Op needs to investigate where the hot water from each goes.

Maybe a marriage counselor suggested it because they were fighting over who used up all the hot water. So they got a separate his and hers hot water heaters and were too lazy to figure out the gas lines and venting so they went electric /sarcasm

We had two water heaters in our old house. The previous owners finished the basement and installed baseboard heating, which is the only thing that used the second water heater.

There’s clearly not a stat on black fatherhood that is going to force your head out of the sand. Not gonna keep kicking at a moving goal post.
Gonna skip ahead to your last paragraph, because oh boy, you have swallowed the race-reductionist, anti-labor, New Deal revisionism whole-heatedly, haven’t you? Don’t know what to tell you if you don’t think the CIO and the New Deal was beneficial for black wealth and planted the seeds for the Civil Rights movement. You might want to type A. Phillip Randolph into the old search engine as a good starting point.

Ahn downtown- Stephanie Miller or Eric Ross. There are also a lot of good ones at West Penn Medical Associates. I went to Rebecca Behr and she was the first PCP I had seen in years and was non judgmental.

Get an awesome to go kit from DiAnoia's and a nice bottle of wine. Even the nicest places feel like Mos Eisley Cantina on Valentine's Day (and Mother's Day, for that matter). No better time to stay in.

that's your prerogative! my point was that you are definitely missing out on some good spots (Cafe Moulin in Shadyside comes to mind!) by imposing that restriction
