When you say the window is leaking from the top, do you mean from above the window frame? If you can get a clear idea of where water seems to be leaking and how it is leaking it can help with finding someone. It might be a simple as needing new caulk, or you might need to have the window replaced or if its particularly bad pull the section of the wall around it. If you have any electrical outlets in the areas where you think water is getting in, stop using them as well to be safe.

I hate this intersection (and Swissvale Ave) with the passion of a thousand suns.

The red lights in that area feel like they're timed/designed so that you're guaranteed to never "hit a green."

Syncing the lights for more traffic throughput would be dangerous for the pedestrians who use that intersection.

We need more public transportation options.

Howlers was kind of its own music scene. When it closed and Mary Jo got sick, I think a lot of people had to accept that it was over, and for some folks that meant not going to shows anymore or playing live music. You can still see good live bands at The Government Center and Bottlerocket, among others.

The clouds are necessary to repel hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, droughts, forest fires and earthquakes. They also limited our UV damage.

Grew up here and moved to Wisconsin, too. Cold. Moved to Florida, too hot and humid, moved to Cape Town. No water. Came home happy for fertile ground and lots of days with neither heat or air conditioning. I'll take the clouds.

Only if I'm out all day in the sun and that happens rarely. :/

You start to realize the mistake in not wearing it with tons of sun exposure as you get older. I'm 40 now and that's when the melanomas seem to start popping up. Get to 50s and you've heard of some people having surgery. 60s and older and I know folks who annually get melanomas removed.

Luckily this type of skin cancer is very treatable if you act quickly. Downside is that a lot of people think it's no big deal until it's too late.
