I know of a hobby shop in Berlin Farmers Market that has old school trains. I believe they sell tracks for them as well. If anything they can point you in the right direction. They have the old Lionel trains, old oil locomotives
It's the hobby shop right next to the pretzel place

I live on Gordon just a quarter block south of York, but how in gods name would you cut it at Norris. York is such a large street and goes up to the circle at Frankford and is more a definitive separation of the neighborhood. Back in the day it was just easier to know your neighborhood by Parish.

People having a place to live isn't the issue, its the cost of the places that are available.

Scrap yards and and vacant lots just off of Richmond Street make the area more appealing to the homeless element. It’s an easy 15 minute walk to K&A for your supplies and a safer place to crash without sleeping in an abandoned house off of Kensington Ave.

Then explain these pictures of simulated sex acts taking place in front of kids. Hope that helps!

For sure. Unfortunately, it's hearing the "Facebook-esque" comments said in real life here in the neighborhood, loudly and proudly, that tend to freak me out more.

Not entirely true, there's some really nice houses in Drexel Hill the further west you go. You can find plenty of houses just ten minutes away from 69th that do not feel as though you live next to 69th.

Yeah, the Olde Kensington Pavilion for Section 8 senior housing built in 1986 must have just picked that name out of thin air to fancy up the place./s Olde Kensington has been distinguished from the rest of Kensington for a long time. The OG Kensington District was only what is now Olde Kensington south of Cecil and Fishtown/East Kensington. Everything else was a later addition. Using Olde or South could be up for debate but it's just stupid to argue it shouldn't be and isn't distinguished from just Kensington.

Yeah. I moved right by there about 6 years ago and it's been pretty remarkable the growth over the last 2 years. Gonna get priced out as soon as the trolley is back up

You’re right. D.C. has a height limit that makes housing much more expensive by reducing the supply of homes. This complex should have been taller.
