I wonder if a hawk or eagle would be interested. That'd be a pretty badass battle of modern dinos.

Is it legal, probably not but in this city people double park all the time every where. Will they get a ticket? I doubt it. I’ve seen so many people double park an actual open spot because they’re either lazy or stupid.

Just commenting to note that you are a good person, and if Philadelphia had more people like you, it would be a much much much better place

thank god they did. back when i worked at saxby’s temple location in 2019, we would constantly get emails from our manager asking if anyone could cover the 5am opening shift at this 30th st location. they seemed to always struggle with finding staff to work their hours, but ig that’s the consequence of a company paying minimum wage while mainly recruiting college kids 🤷🏻♀️

I still have nightmares about the cheesesteaks I was served in Pittsburgh when I lived there during law school. Hoagies were also terrible, like 90% bread. Then you’d have to deal with yinzers claiming they had a better food scene than us lol

Every time I ride the Amtrak to NYC, all you can notice is former industry that is long gone. It’s depressing.

Central Bucks School District has been sued for being hostile to LGBTQ+ students. Rather than accommodate students and make everyone feel welcome, the Republican school board is spending $1M+ on lawyers to defend their policies.

Even after Trump decried him as "a coward, who let our Country down," McSwain still campaigned as being the most MAGA and refused to endorse Lou Barletta as the final "gotta stop Mastriano" option. It was all ego, and still is.

Did you think the goal was to cure COVID or something? Curbing the spread is a collection of small efforts and they thought of themselves as above it. Fuck em.

Same! I hope it's good 🤞FYI Manam's Bistro in Thorndale recently opened. I think they're still takeout only with plans for opening dining soon. It's super solid with awesome weekend specials for when you're out this way!
