Trying to flip something I have said into anti-semitic troupes is just absurd. Also, Jewish people come in all shapes and colors.
Also a large portion of Jewish people in America are ashkenazi for which they historically came from Northern Europe which was white centuries ago

No way are lost fares that low, I only ride the El 4x a week and I see people jumping the turnstile every single time I ride.

Lot of them did my friend for years purposely avoided getting a new meter installed. For the very reason discussed. Till this day he still has the old meter.

A lot of the trash on the streets is just trash that fell out of (non standardized sized) trash cans during trash collection.

Why doesn't glitter just develop a part of the program where it picks up the trash bags at the end of each day to haul directly to the dump? I understand why the union has issues with the union members handling trash outside of its agreed-upon terms and conditions. So glitter could just get a pick-up truck and go around and grab the trash from designated areas itself, eh?

Reply to comment by helplesslyselfish in [Inquirer] Antisemitism reports rising in Pa., N.J., including Port Richmond white supremacist stickers by helplesslyselfish
2021 looks to be an outlier in PA specifically from the last 5 years, tho still an increase (109 incidents in ‘19, 101 in ‘20, 69 in ‘21 and 114 in ‘22). Still not a good trend, the surge seemed to happen in 2017 (not surprising), and now we’re right back there.
I sincerely doubt this captures even a small fraction of actual incidents.

This comes off as the 76ers ownership group trying to pit one minority group against another.
I think most 76ers fans can agree that Josh Harris sucks. The man only views the 76ers as an asset, evident by him owning the NJ Devils and his attempts at buying both the Denver Broncos and now the Washington Commanders. I do not believe that he cares about anyone in the Philadelphia community and that the only thing that matters to him is how he can maximize his profits regardless of who it'll affect or how he gets there.
I went to the 76ers-Magic game where it was also Lunar New Year celebration night. They only put up a few decorations at the entrances and had digital signage. They claim that they care about the Chinatown community yet they did the absolute bare minimum to even acknowledge the biggest holiday in the Chinese community.
I do not trust a single thing that Josh Harris and his group are promising with the 76 Place proposal.

Reply to Temple limits public access to food court following violent incidents by Sunset_Bleu
Why would any school dining hall have public access? Especially one in this area. Not a good policy at all, my campus was in a high-crime area of Norfolk, VA and you needed your student ID for access to just about any building.
