Keep 'em coming. All the development on Spring Garden and Washington makes me crave the Phloop concept: http://phillyphloop.com/

I mean at the stations I use everyday they sure do, definitely contribute to most of the trash down there for sure. But I am sure it all depends on each station and area as well. Experiences can always vary

In a floodplain and across the street from Delilah's back door, but I'm sure the amenities will be amazing. I'm not opposed to development, but housing people in places likely to flood is silly.

You can enter the lot anywhere, they’ll scan the code and point you where to go. For the entrance, you use the regular one not VIP. And for the tickets, it works like Apple Pay- they’ll tap their scanner to your phone.
I had similar seats for my first game the other night and it was really fun! Hope you guys get a good game!

Reply to comment by stepth in ‘Where does it end?’: Philly water customers are concerned about proposed rate hike by Saint_2022
During the peak of Covid I was dealing with large unpaid water bills (not in the city but very close) and had a major university and multiple massive companies tell me they know we can not turn them off for non payment due to the govt moratorium. That act was intended to protect granny from being turned off not an oil refinery!

There’s a VIP parking lot, which has an entrance to the venue.

Reply to What the hell do I do about a trash bag that has been slashed open when trash collection doesn't get it? by bibbitybobbityfuck
The only thing to do is pick it up, put it in a bag and try again next week. Wear gloves so you don’t get Hep A. Look out for needles. It once took 6 weeks for a big beef bone I was trying to throw out to actually get hauled away. I got tired of that kind of nonsense and moved out of the city. My trash gets picked up by 9am twice a week with no issues now.

do you put your bags out the night before? we’ve stopped doing that and started putting them on the curb the same morning of pickup. (we live in kensington too and have had 3 trash cans walk off so that’s not a solution either)

From what I’m understanding “redoing” a bathroom with existing electric, waste, supply, and vent lines is a heckuva lot easier for small folks than “creating” from empty space like we’re talking about

We do have an existing window in the space. The vent stack is right on the other side of the same exterior wall
