I don't think Urban Jungle sells mulch, unless it's some precious tiny bag of something for a terrarium that costs $25.

EDIT: I just remembered that they now have a nursery at Morris and Water Street, but their web site says they are still closed for the season and does not give an opening date. I'm assuming they would sell mulch there along with their outdoor plants, but I haven't managed to check it out since it opened so I can't verify. https://www.urbanjunglephilly.com/nursery

Philosophically, I support the second amendment. Practically, we need to put serious rules in place to allow it exist in a modern, urban environment. I’m talking extensive, mandatory training, with regular re-training; mental health evaluations; and a strict control over the types of firearms available.

For the last bit, I’d be against assault rifle bans and for a ban on handguns

It's tough to tell from this angle, but I'm guessing that bollard is the further back you can legally be parked. Anything behind it will obstruct turning radiuses and sight lines. If your tail end is too close you're parked illegally, even if there's enough clearance for a car to fit behind you and not be int the intersection itself.

Ahh good ol Pennypack. So many days spent there as a kid when I was forced into Cub/Boy scouts. Took my dog there recently as an adult and I think I enjoyed it for the first time.
