I wish there were more baked to order donuts in the city. Federal is good but could have more options on that front.

The deed to your house is recorded at your local municipal administrative office, and is public record available to all. Once you buy the property, your name goes on the deed, which, again, is public record. As soon as your name goes on there, anyone, including private companies whose sole purpose is to solicit you for business, has access to it AND has your home address (literally on the deed). Your phone number is also, generally speaking, in the public record, and once they have those two things, they’re off to the races.

I debated making the title “Donuts in the parking lot” but the real question is, will you go to a grocery store parking lot at midnight for donuts?

No one? Thats pretty incredible confidence you have. Nobody at all in here? Really? All of you ride bikes every day or take septa? Never ever drive or summon a driver? Never? Never ditch your bike cause its raining, snowing, too cold, too windy? Liars.

I’ve done over 4500 trips in the past 5 years cuz. I’ve been more vocal about it in this past year as things are almost fully back to reopened (for the most part) and people seem to be soooo surprised at the wait times, the traffic, and you’d be shocked at some of the screenshots I’ve taken of messages from impatient riders who seem to make you wanna perform some magic trick and just appear before their eyes.

Lucha Cartel. All types of Latin music, some reggaeton but also bachata and stuff.
