Any recommended apartment buildings (or ones to avoid)? In the ballpark of $2500 for a 1BR in Rittenhouse /Logan square area

That's just wawa re-labeling their horrible food so that it sounds authentic. Hot hoagie? Let's be real, it sounds as horrible as it is. Hot hoagie is warm soggy lettuce, melted mayonnaise, tomatoes so soft they turn to mush. Don't get me started on a hot tuna salad hoagie

When it is heated or toasted; southern states call it: a Grinder 😳🤦🏻♂️

Ridership is lower than pre pandemic. Keep riding and call your state rep! Not sure when/if it’s coming back

Thanks! This is really helpful. :) We actually live in Astoria, just bordering Woodside.

You can't ask this question without first knowing the origins of the hoagie.
Do you think shipyard builders had a hot ass 'hoggie' for their lunch break? Or did they have a few minutes to toast their cold ass sandwich with a blowtorch from the welding rig?

Like everything else, there is some give and take. My wife and I settled in Newbold/East Point Breeze (the name of the neighborhood seems to be a contentious issue) after living in Queens (Woodside) for 15 years. One advantage that this area has is that all of our daily needs are within easy walking distance, and it has good access to transit. We're just West of Broad, so it's basically like living in East Passyunk.
Depending on where you lived in Queens, it will probably be similar in terms of safety.

I don’t believe the stage requires anything. The city required employers to provide 40 hours, but that ended on 12/31.

The only hot hoagie is a Cheese Steak Hoagie ( and even that I consider to be more of a Cheese Steak than a hoagie)
