If I remember correctly it’s right where the MTB trail diverges from the no-bikes-allowed trail, which goes through the pass pictured. So if I’m correct, you shouldn’t be riding it. But I may well be wrong.
And the new “improved” trail signage in the Wiss is so bad that you can very easily end up on a no-bikes trail even while making a good effort to follow the signs…happens to me at least once every time I ride there.

Yup! Right behind where the pic was taken is that tube.

This is such a fun and technical bit to hit on a mountain bike. This is right at the concrete tube/wall ride, up a little techy quick climb, and then right past this you go over a large concrete tube/pipe. Right?

You get to vote for politicians, and apparently Wingard was meeting with Shapiro and other legislators yesterday. May be worth letting your reps know what you think?

It looks like the PA Governor, Senate President Pro Tempore, and House Speaker get to appoint a few members of Temple's board of trustees. There are also two politicians actively serving on the board right now:
- Patrick M. Browne, Esq. (PA Secretary of Revenue)
- Christine M. Tartaglione (PA Senator for 2nd District)
Might be worth reaching out to your state representatives to let them know if you have feelings on recent developments at Temple?

You have movement tracked, you find where they went. To further the investigation, you subpoena cell tower records using the evidence from the cameras to back the request. You could also use geofence warrants and narrow down the suspect list. There are ways.

Which things was he able to vote on? Didn't he resign a few days after conviction?

Thanks for posting, I did not know about Wingard's background and this is very enlightening

"I will honor that sentence. And then I am going to come back and be right back in community service"... Hopefully picking up trash on the side of Kelly Dr

I guess so, eventually, maybe, they take the mask off where you can see their face.

Without paying Mitch attention I was thinking that temple was having a rough year, seems like one thing after another but after reading that it seems this was hired for the purpose of creating it.

He was hired by the trustees, though.
You can't dissociate that from how the UNI wants to be operated.
See: TUH
They asked for this specifically.

How do you figure people out wearing masks and only seeing their eyes? Legitimate question, not trying to be a dick.

This is what puzzles me- the Temple Trustees appoint all these leaders, so it stands to reason unless the Trustees are replaced, we'll keep getting the same flavor of leadership, and the same approach to labour management. "I don't approve of your choice of leader for me, don't change your appetites for leadership, just give me another leader like the one I don't approve of"
