1 of 7 characters when you have the make, color, and the year, or years range, is way less than 2^(6). To my untrained eye, this totally looks like car he uses a lot, not a stolen one, for example he knows where the tools are stashed, looks like he's familiar with driving it, etc.

Anyway, I might be totally wrong, not going to die on this hill. But fuck him for real! There's something terribly selfish the way he goes about to make thousands of other people miserable.

saw a guy last week get out of his car and take his plate off after parking. have seen a camry in my neighborhood completely missing it’s front bumper, with “waiting on tags” written on white paper. shit makes my blood boil.

you have have kids using ghost vehicles and fake temp tags to commit crimes and fucking murders.

none of these cars should be on the street without proper plates. i wish there was an app like there is in NYC for ticketing, but it’s able to identify fake tags and report a car without a plate and it gets towed the same day.

i wish PPA and PPD actually did something about this shit smh

Yeah it's less of a go out of your way to be nice and more of a what's good acknowledgement.

Crossing the street is meh unless it's a group of like 13 year olds. Any mixed group of 13 year olds is insane anywhere on the planet.

Also if you haven't, learn what a trap house looks like. Was able to get some good looks by knowing what was going on and nipping any issues about why I was there in the bud. A few times that favor was returned by them telling me I should take a walk for a few hours or something if a shipment was late.

Yeah, every few blocks along Front street, there used to be stairs to the waterfront. There's only one remaining set between Vine and Callowhill Streets. Now there's a highway.

Callowhill's where the 'cliffs' kind of evened out, and that street sits 16 feet above sea level.

Lots more detail at Hidden City
