The key is to not take people posting shit online too seriously.

My kid went to Abington Friends School.
He started there when he was little -- 2.5 years old) and graduated 12th grade.
We could not have been happier with his education, sense of culture, sense of community.
100% of their graduates go on to college.
My son has had zero difficulties adjusting to the rigors of college academics. Literally, none.
Despite the cost, if we had to, we would do it all again.
One of the best decisions we have ever made.
A Friend's School education/experience is unlike anything else. 10/ 10 !

It will take 5 years to finish this, then another 5 to fix the shoddy work the construction teams do because why do it right first time when the city is more than willing to pay you to do it twice?

- I'm looking for a 2 bedroom preferably or a very large one bedroom (at least 750sq ft). Thanks for your input already though.

It’s a moot point now since they closed down.

It's like 5 - 6 years realistically.

I can’t say for sure obviously, but I loved going there and kept in touch with a couple of friends who both went to prestigious catholic universities.
Edit: to be clear my parents didn’t send my brother and I there because they wanted us on a college track of some kind, my brother was in several fights in our public elementary school and they pulled us out and it was the quick option I guess.

I'd go find some examples but I'm lazy. If you look at all the other threads there's a lot of very flippant impatience.

Oh, the city is a huge pita. Hate dealing with them, but have to. Just make sure yours is zoned correctly. I assume it is since you had a lisence before and just need to renew. GL.

Does Old City sit much higher in elevation than Penn's Landing? I guess they'll have to terrace or make these parks sloped somehow to connect everything up.
