Wasn't expecting that but I guess the researchers were trying to establish relatively neat borders around majority usage I guess.

Or was there some industry or other connection to Philly which transplanted the term to that particular area? I went to college in Central PA and it wasn't a thing in that county (not Clearfield).

More like yu pay for what you believe or are told is quality. I did the Beddia hoagie thing. Total rip-off IMO. There are at least a dozen places in the city with far better hoagies. Money's to spend, not waste. I'd rather spend mine on a meal with some creativity and uniquity rather than overpriced cold cuts on a roll.

Decent question. I actually hate driving. And I hate cars. Whenever possible, I cycle or walk or bus to CC.

That said, we lived in CC for five or six years and recently moved to South Philly. So my dentist, doctor, chiropractor, etc are all in CC.

I work in north Philly, so if I’m doing anything on the way home from work, I end up directly in the nightmare that is parking and trafficking through Rittenhouse square - two activities I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy

I didnt post a link with an original title. I posted a concern based on information I have directly through my own, current experience as an industry insider about this current influenza epidemic among dogs in the region.

Please keep your dogs safe and stay out of the dog parks and other social environments.

I don’t want to trash the place but I once went there and sat at the bar. Ordered food. Waited and waited. Saw waitstaff just chilling. Everyone hanging out. Then someone finally decided to run some bad food and our stuff came out very cold. It obviously sat in the window for a while as the servers chit chatted.

Hunterdon County, NJ is the triple point of sandwich naming — hoagies in the towns close to the Delaware, a mix of hoagie/hero/sub in Flemington and its surrounds (there was literally a sandwich joint there called the All American Hero up until about 2000 or so), and just subs by the time you hit Route 22.

I'm in the Poconos but like in Philly shit zeroes in on new cars and in my 30+ years I've never owned one because of that fact.

And for good reason after three people rear-ending and one T-boning me.

Then there's the 14 deer and 1 horse coming out of the brush on narrow roads with blind curves that have gotten me too. And yeah, before anyone critiques my driving skills that's 30 years with no speeding tickets, moving violations or accidents ruled my fault - the roads are that bad and deer that numerous, lol.

Get another good used car and sleep well at night knowing you're not facing the possibility of shit happens to your rapidly-depreciating new car out on the street by various dumbasses and assholes.
