Not to be that guy, but literally the entire 95 corridor within pa is covered by septa routing, whether the Amtrak line (which carries two septa rail lines) that follows 95, or the plenty of city and suburban bus lines that roughly run along 95(/295) all the way from claymont to Trenton (and then dart Delaware and nj transit continue along said 95 corridor from there)
You most likely could take septa to work, it just might take a little longer

You are basing your opinion just off of statistics, since you weren't even living here. A mayor is more than just crime statistics. They are the leadership, public face of a city, they choose the police commissioner in Philly, and many other things related to quality of life in a city. What and how we experience life in a city is important. You can look around your neighborhood and see if businesses are booming, more are starting up or they are closing. You can gauge how safe you feel, how many bums are on the street, etc. These are quality of life issues, and of course they are subjective, but they matter, and these are the mayor's legacy. Most people when they decide to move or stay in a city, they are considering quality of life issues, not statistics of what was going on in the world or other cities in the nation.

Report back, if it’s good, I’ll give it a try
I went to rouge’s pop up espresso martini night the other day and I’m still hurting from a $40 bill for two drinks (not both for me)

No max means 40 years. The way it is defined in PA is that the minimum can be no more than half the maximum. So the max he can get is 40, the minimum can be no more than 20.

Wealthy Suburbanites: The city is a crime infested hellscape I avoid at all costs
also Wealthy Suburbanites: Cash bail is discriminatory and infringes on the civil rights of low income minorities. I will donate to fight this injustice so those accused of crimes can walk free until their day of court
Make it make sense

I liked what I saw on their menu, plus I don't think I've ever done more than two at a time at that price range (and I am used to paying that much for a good drink with proper ambiance).
EDIT: no way in hell I am paying $6 for a water, though.

The at-large members should band together and put one of their own as Council Prez, district members should not be allowed to be council presidents
Squilla and Jones would be the better options, Bass would be bad and Johnson catastrophic

PA law requires bail in all cases where the possible punishment doesn't include life without parole. PA law also does not allow minors to be sentenced to life without parole. Therefore, bail was required here, the DA could not legally make the case that bail should be denied

PA law requires that all charges that do not include life without parole as a punishment allow bail. PA law does not allow sentencing minors to life without parole. Thus, they are legally required to set a bail requirement that can be then posted

I agree it's not the best, but it's a pretty small lot. At least they left room for some green space.
