My ears/sinuses/head were excruciating yesterday. I think there is just a powerful weather system swooping through with the storms most of the country is getting.

Honestly, it should be a criminal offense.

Wait, murderers can post bail?

Okay. So it seems that you are attributing all the positives in cities during 2008-2014 to ex-President Obama then. It was a much better time for sure.
Back to Nutter. Was he better than Kenney? Check. Better than Street? Check. Better than Rendell? (Maybe not--I wasn't here before Street so I don't know, but people say Rendell was a great mayor). Better than Rizzo? Check--so racist that people wanted his statue removed. Better than Wilson Goode? Check. (MOVE bombing was his claim to fame).
That's going back about 40 years, and other than Rendell, Nutter was one of the best. Granted, the bar is low for Philly, but it is a city with a lot of problems.

Bail fund organizations that bail out a repeat violent offender who goes on to murder someone should be open to a liability lawsuit from the victim's family.

Well that would require department overhaul, and implementation of more efficient practices, which the police union has been fighting very successfully for decades.

At least it looks like none of the victims are going to die.

Absolutely terrible. Until parents start taking a bigger role in their children’s lives along with the glorification of drug dealing and the street life ends, nothing will change

The people with time and money who do stuff like that, do it to make themselves feel good. It’s not about the community.

Some days it feels like you're breathing more pollutants than usual. That can be due to an inversion that prevents air from mixing properly and pollutants are trapped near the ground.

It’s a filming sign. They make them like that so they can flip it the other way to point in the opposite direction without needing extra signs.

Yea, I totally agree, but the offense needs to be considered. Beating a man to death with your bare hands shows you shouldn't get out on bail, regardless of finacial circumstance

This. This summarizes it perfect. I know it’s been mentioned. But 6 people. Not 5, 6. Including 5 minors, one of which being a baby. 5 children by law shot.
