The argument is more that there is nothing stopping perverts right now. As is shown by this outstanding individual.

There is no reason to change your gender to do the things perverts do.

And trans people do not get a free pass to do pervert things in the bathroom of the preference. This would also be illegal for a trans person to do.

So trans people doing perverted stuff is indeed not a problem. Atleast not any more or less then non trans people doing it.

Witnessing a crime doesn’t give you a free-pass to join in without consequences. The article says he was aware of what was happening and took the fallen chips for himself.

Imagine the person was stealing clothes from a retailer. If they were walking out with 10 shirts and one dropped, would we expect that anyone who notices can pick up the shirt and claim it for themselves? What if it was a stack of iPads? If you know it’s stolen merchandise and choose to keep it, you just stole.

It’s shocking how far we’ve gone as a society when the concept of doing right and returning someone’s stolen property is not only unexpected, but we are mad at the people who are asked to enforce the laws around it.

This will not change until federal laws address it.

The Graham v. Connor and Tennessee v. Garner Supreme Court decisions mean that this is a license to murder:

"I am claiming now, that at the time of the shooting I believed the person I shot was likely to cause serious harm to someone else somewhere at some time."

Cops don't get much training, but they're told ALL about these two decisions and how to frame things properly.

And those decisions aren't going to be challenged.

The only way this changes is a new federal law.

Good fucking luck.

Police can outright murder you and there's not a damn thing you can do about it.

Are you kidding? He wasn't trans, and he wasn't dressed like a woman. He wasn't "encouraged" by knowing that trans people use bathrooms. He was a prolific voyeur who kept going into women's bathrooms despite being caught and arrested several times.

Men voyeuring in public bathrooms and taking upskirt photos is not new. Maybe the blame could lie with men?

No they don't. They close on the minute to avoid heavy fines from authorities. If a pilot calculate they wouldn't reach the destination airport until 1 minute after they close he won't take of. Obviously they would still let a plane land in an emergency or if they didn't have fuel to reach another airport.

Myself and 50 or so passenger once had to pretty much run from a plane that had issues with the door mechanism to the replacement plane because they had 20 minutes to closing time (22:00) and we would be stranded to next morning if we didn't make it.
