There are a couple studies with good methodology on penis length, but not many. I would be suspicious of older studies since racism led at least some older studies to inflate the "measurements" for members of some races and deflate them for others. There are also a lot of studies that rely on self reporting which is also unreliable for obvious reasons. That's why I am only aware of two reputable studies. I'd take this particular meta analysis with more than just a grain of salt

A few years ago, some guy in Florida tried to lift the wallet from a senior standing in from of him in like at a convenience store.
Turns out the old man was a former Marine drill instructor and Golden Gloves recipient. Took the clerk and another customer to pull the old man off the would-be thief and stop him from punching him unconscious.

This makes sense as read. A dog hanging out of the window can be a distraction to the owner and other drivers looking at the cute dog, or the reactions they get, instead of the road

Ok, but cases like this are extremely rare. Most children who commit crimes can be rehabilitated without putting them in jail. In fact, putting them in jail makes them much less likely to be successfully rehabilitated, because the conditions are so awful.

Doesn't matter. They just need to get them into the system and let racism take care of the rest. Now the guy has an arrest record that employers can use to deny him employment and cops will use to continue to harass the guy.
