I can't think of any rational reason why Charon would have the obols (coins) in place of his own eyes, except maybe symbolically. And why would Cerberus seem so disquieted by his arrival? I hope OP discovers more. Sounds like something fishy has been going on in Hades, something that might negatively impact the rest of us mere mortals. I'd also be interested in hearing the results of the proposed vet visit and specifically which loony bin he/she is eventually consigned to afterwards. OP, please keep Kirby / Κέρβερος safe. Something strange is amiss.

It sounds like you have Cerberus, and that Charon is knocking on your door. (Charon is my best guess. While not typically personally depicted with coins for eyes, it is Charon’s myth where that originates.) Alternatively, could just be a soul sent by Hades.

While it sounds like there are no issues with Cerberus, you may get into some trouble with one or more divine beings over this. That said, seems like a small price to pay all things considered.

Professor L knows more than he is letting on Ashley. I believe he told you about the wood and that it was lucky because he had never seen the ghosts on purpose so you would know what to do. I think you need to find out more about ol Prof. Daniel is a brat but you being you ..well you will try to help him and I think you are on the right track. But the next time he grabs you throat punch him and then nicely explain to him how to treat women. I know you are scared and unsure but carry on you got this, love.
