I had a very good friend who had the same symptoms as your dear Brother. I lost him many years ago when the virus was just found out. It was rather hopeless then. Now? Many people live very long lives if they take their meds, get healthy and( big one here) manage stress. Your brother home with you, regardless of the stress, is food for his health and spirit, Dear.
