Per day yes. Also you don't need to have a lease or a tenant with rights when it's a bill per day situation.

They do.. Also companies exist that employ algorithms to sell to land leeches landlords to calculate rents/air bnbs/estimated mortgage payments in a given area among other factors to help them jack up the prices every chance they get. It's a big fucking problem.

They aren’t a perfect nation but I challenge you to find me nation without flaws. And as much as everyone likes to pile on Israel, they do plenty of good. And as much as people don’t want to admit it, much of the nations today were created by conquering other lands. Israel is one of the few examples who actually gave back land after defeating other nations in an effort to gain peace.

You say you’re Ethiopian or of Ethiopian decent. It’s like pot calling kettle black in regard to the Tigray massacre and apartheid. But whatever, use this post about government corruption to bring up an unrelated topic I guess cause Arabs.
