>So air bnb charges more than landlords?
Per day yes. Also you don't need to have a lease or a tenant with rights when it's a bill per day situation.
>Why wouldn't landlords jack up prices as much if they feel they can?
They do.. Also companies exist that employ algorithms to sell to land leeches landlords to calculate rents/air bnbs/estimated mortgage payments in a given area among other factors to help them jack up the prices every chance they get. It's a big fucking problem.

Well not *nothing*. I'm sure the GOP is in constant contact with him for pointers in case they win in 2024. Trumps little J6 thing didn't work so they have to figure out how to step things up.

Biden could sign an executive order saying that peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are tasty, and they would be all over Fox News to scream and cry about how they were against it.

They aren’t a perfect nation but I challenge you to find me nation without flaws. And as much as everyone likes to pile on Israel, they do plenty of good. And as much as people don’t want to admit it, much of the nations today were created by conquering other lands. Israel is one of the few examples who actually gave back land after defeating other nations in an effort to gain peace.
You say you’re Ethiopian or of Ethiopian decent. It’s like pot calling kettle black in regard to the Tigray massacre and apartheid. But whatever, use this post about government corruption to bring up an unrelated topic I guess cause Arabs.

The pay is set by our contract. It would be a breach of contract to pay someone more money than the contract says they are entitled to.

Apparently some people try to blame it on anyone but Elon.
But sure, get us that magical unicorn data that differentiates between who was being honest in their usage of nggr and j*w who wasn't. So we can look through it. I'll wait.
