Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu acted illegally by announcing Thursday that he would involve himself directly in his government’s moves to change the country’s judicial system, Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara told him in an open letter Friday.

“Last night you publicly announced that you intend to violate the ruling of the Supreme Court and act contrary to the opinion of the legal advisor to the government,” she wrote. That statement, she said, “is illegal and contaminated by a conflict of interest.”

A young lion escaped from a small roadside zoo in rural Ontario in the 80's or 90's. Still a cub, but not tiny - about the size of a large dog.

A woman was out for a walk with her dog when it started barking and growling like crazy, and out bounds this lion from the woods. She ran home and called 911. Several times. They kept hanging up on her and warning her about making nuisance calls to emergency services. Eventually they got pissed off enough to send someone out there to set her straight.

They arrived to find it sitting on her dock, practicing his big boy roar.

He was safely retrieved by the zoo and the enclosure fortified.

This reminds of that time a crazy ass republican told everyone the reason tornados and other scary weather happens is due to having gay friend and family. So you really gotta think for a minute, exactly how many gay people are in Georgia right now?

Anyways, I thought it was fair to bring that up because between humor and sadness being the last two emotions I got left by this point, I'd rather laugh than cry at this point
