Right here.
Nuclear is still the best high output energy options we have until renewables can be more widely rolled out and decentralized all over the country. Prove me wrong.
Anyone who actually is reading the facts of this incident will know that the radiation levels are extremely minor, like the stuff you get everyday anyway. There is no major health risk here. The irony of all the panic is that if it DID reach the Mississippi, it would be diluted even more by billions of gallons of water as it went through the state and country, making it less radiation that eating a banana once a year...

I agree. Keep striking until it works. The kids are already fucked with the way things are now.

FYI it was immediately reported. It's not their fault it randomly started making headlines later.

Remember the genocide in Bangladesh which was supported by U.S. and when India tried to stop it then U.S. threatened to declare war on India but Russia supported India in liberation of Bangladesh? U.S. may forget but India certainly remembers its allies during crisis.

Reminds me of when MacArthur wanted to lay a sea of radioactive cobalt across North Korea to push back the Chinese.
>”You may ask what would have prevented the enemy’s reinforcements massing and crossing the Yalu in great strength, as they had before. It was my plan as our amphibious forces moved South to spread behind us—from the Sea of Japan to the Yellow Sea—a belt of radioactive cobalt. It could have been spread from wagons, carts, trucks and planes. It is not an expensive material.

Point is, the situation is more complicated than you make it out to be. There are rarely good and bad guys in war. Much of our involvement in the Middle East isn't necessarily bad, but some of it is. I haven't found more on Syria just yet, but here's a somewhat detailed post on being in the Middle East in general:https://www.reddit.com/r/AskAnAmerican/comments/qtvqaf/why_did_the_us_originally_go_to_the_middle_east/
"America bad" isn't an opinion. You have to say "America bad because..." and follow the ellipses with something that I can read and say, "Woah, America bad." See, America bad is a conclusion not a reason. If you really want to talk geopolitics you have to use the overall picture to convince people.
Edit: Some source on recent Syria related news. Seems the USA is in some of these countries to keep Russia from gaining massive control over the oil supply of the world. Russia messed with many of the same countries that the USA messes with. Whether you think the USA should intervene or not is up to you. From a geopolitics standpoint I say it should. If it didn't, Russia would go uncontested and control massive swaths of the oil supply. I wouldn't say it's moral to be in other countries killing people for resource control, but I'd also say that allowing a country with a tyrannical leader like Putin to go uncontested isn't moral either.

It's barely background radiation level. The lawsuits should be against our education system

I'm sure there are instances where these limited time strikes are effective, but I can't think of any. Just seems to send the signal that it can be waited out.

While it's good Airbnb finally decided to do this I have to wonder why it didn't do it across the board.

Why is it useless?
Look, you've categorized people into right or left. Can I not say fuck Trudeau and not identify as having a right leaning political ideology?
If people looked beyond the right and left aspects of politics they may see just how most politicians are pieces of shit equally.
Trudeau IS divisive, he plays both sides against each other and members of his own party said as much during the convoy protest. Does that mean pp is any better? Fuck no.
Judge them based on the merits of their actions. Their political party is irrelevant. If people actually did that, it would be a lot less useless and maybe government could achieve things for the greater good of society.
Left or right, we're all humans.... and at the end of the day we mostly want the same things. Politicians are the ones convincing you otherwise.

In some cases the victor remembers those who ride the fence.
Azrael : No, I was an ARTIST, STUPID! I WAS INSPIRATION! A muse has no place in battle!
Serendipity : So after the fallen were banished to hell, God turned on those who wouldn't fight, and Azrael was sent down with the demons.
[mockingly]
Serendipity : Something he considers a GRAVE injustice!
Azrael : Ah, come on! Don't tell me you NEVER questioned the judgement, Serendipity.
Serendipity : No. It never bothered me. So you were an artist! Big deal! Elvis was an artist. But that didn't stop him from joining the service in time of war. And that's why he's The King, and you're a schmuck.
