I'm not implying that anything was being used or spent inappropriately where I worked, but I'm also not trying to call u/robexib a liar. I was also always told that we get special state funding for our SPED Program, (which I was involved in occasionally spending to address SPED needs) but also general use ADA funding, and we got more per child w/ special needs.
But I was in IT, not SPED or Finance, so I don't really know.

You’re telling me the right-wing party in Italy is sympathetic to Russians?!? I would have never guessed, with all the help the Russian propaganda machine did to get them in power.

Any extra money for SPED is used to... fund sped lol. Special education is not cheap and schools really do not get enough funds to run these programs at a minimal quality, much less somehow siphon that money into other things

I wonder if there was a judge order for him to stay in that school and the pat down was the only compromise they could get.

This whole story from German colonialism over the genocide on the people living there to eugenics is just one long row of our darkest moments. Sadly especially the first parts, how we behaved in Africa and committed a genozide long before any nazi rose to power is still not acknowledged accordingly. There is still so much to do and so much awareness we must create. I hope that sometimes we can work on this part of our history like we are on the nazi rule.
I hope whoever poor soul had to face such cruelty can find peace. And thag those remains still undiscovered or even in some museum will be given back or at least buried accordingly as well.

An efficient kitchen using ingredients that are semi prepared by Sysco can probably spend less labor than the delivery side.
Uber has no property costs like the restaurant, but they are getting a smaller cut and potentially spending resources in a way that doesn’t take advantage of pooling jobs with several orders.

Imagine being this much of a partisan stooge.
Our national intelligence agency is warning that there are politicians getting paid off by China. An MP was reported to have lobbied to KEEP Canadians imprisoned until it was advantageous to his party... and your biggest concern is that your perceived enemies might say bad things about Poor Justin.
You are no better than the MAGA fan boys apologizing for Trump.

That is a definite pattern. I have had the 'suicide hotline' thing in the past on multiple occasions, but only when criticizing the Liberals.
They are a cult.

I'm afraid a "public inquiry into China's influence campaign" won't help anyone when the politicians are seeking bribes. If every single one of your politicians is rotten to the core like that, then it means the call is coming from inside the house, so to speak.
(Disclaimer: Fuck the CCP, this statement doesn't exonerate the Chinese government from their dubious activities)

If he wasn’t a Chinese operative he would do the right thing and resign. We need an inquiry.

... I wished police would have put several up instead of just one that was photoshopped and her features exaggerated. That was the picture in the local newspaper. I live nearby where she was found.
