Nah, I want you to show us something that indicates you're out here doing the good work. I'm sure you've done something worthy that wouldn't require your personal assets to be shared.

In the interest of publication, details need to be released. So too, does Shachtman.

It's in the union rules. They have to follow a protocol.

Facebook doesn't disclose who the sell their data to either. If China wanted US user data they could just buy it. We need better data privacy laws in this country.

You want me to give you access to my personal details and private finances online?
Yeah as fishing scams go this isn't a particularly good one.

There is no way that it is more likely that this waa intentional and not a crazy mistake. Leak the information in a less public way and have the cops either moved, fired, or killed, and then it probably wouldn't even make the news.

The ABC article really is much better than the CNN one. It has actual quotes from the sealed order and goes into more details about the actual process, beyond what you're highlighting. The only thing that seems to really be missing from both is what the actual evidence is, as opposed to a description, which is bizarre if you're going to go so far as to make direct quotes of the order.
My guess on the evidence based on what's been in the news is a narrative that Trump was always aware that he had classified information since I believe the SC heard testimony that Trump oversaw the packing process of his documents. That or someone who did pack the documents said they knew they packed classified documents and told Trump as such.

> The new plan calls for refurbishing tank hulls already in the U.S. arsenal.
Read the article, it’s saying the US is going to send refurbished M1A1 hulls now.
I was replying to a comment saying we should send the existing M1A2 stock that is currently in Europe and am saying that is not an option because they would need to be overhauled anyway.
Also even “new build” tanks rarely if ever are built from scratch. They usually strip an existing hull and re-build it.

Well as much effort as you've put in to complaining about people joking, I'm sure you've also done actual work to help with the problem as well? Link me the site you've built to raise awareness? Or show us the evidence of donations to the cause? I mean there has to be more to helping than just shit talking people who make jokes.

US. Has basically the same law.
Edit: due to the patriot act passed hastily after 911, if the NSA tells a company to turn over data they have a documented way of doing it in which the company is never allowed to say it happened due to national security concerns.
That’s why there used to be a line in terms of service of various companies stating this had never happened. These lines functioned as a security canary, meaning if they were deleted that could mean the NSA did one of those requests and the company was forced to hand over some or all of its user data. This very site use to have such a canary. It no longer does.
So that’s some additional context. Kindly now resume the downvotes.

This is why so many people are convinced that the "main stream media" is lying to them and turn to conspiracy theories and fringe "news" sources for their information. While Rolling Stone isn't exactly a publication I would look to for journalism, unless it involves the world of music and entertainment, the fact that they would post a news article that is so misleading just serves to convince many people that journalists really are lying to them.
This editor needs to be fired and banned from any job related to journalism.

My dude, they're building NEW tanks. That's what Ukraine bought, they have no training on them, why there was no rush, but also the Abrams is such an easy tank to use that once ukraine found the ability to free up some crews FOR training they want to use them immediately.
