And the EPA, which clearly isn't in the pocket of big business and can be trusted to protect the public's interest!

There is a difference between Radar near the front being quiet to avoid detection, and radar 150-200+ mi away scanning the skies. So no, I wasn't being contradictory.
Ukraine has released very little combat footage from their Migs, so I'm surprised there's enough footage available for you to review videos of Ukrainian jets on a daily basis. Just because we haven't seen footage of a Mig engaging a tank, doesn't mean it hasn't already happened.
Edit: HARM maximum operational range is ~140mi (fired high, so actual range is much lower based on the actual elevations Ukrainians are operating at). Russians can safely park radar and SAMs 150 miles out and not have to worry about HARM or HIMARS at this time.

Imagine the future of never solving the escalating school shooting issue and instead just moving to acceptable causalities among public schools. A lottery for education and childhood trauma.

They better get a control, as the carcinogens may have been there before the accident.

The security council exists for one reason and one reason only: to prevent WWIII.
Removing a large, powerful nuclear power would dramatically increase the likelihood of WWIII.

I watch videos of this way every single day. I have yet to see a video of Ukranian jets engaging ground armor.
Even their helos do that angle-up rocket attack thing that hits nothing (Russia does it too).
Your last sentence also contradicts your previous post.

Wait... so you're saying his attorney hasn't asked him all of this yet?
I'm a bit confused. Did his attorney not explain all of this to him?

>I’m sure the attorney involved is already looking into his past to find 1 person who has heard him say something like this.
This won't be admissible in court.

Ukraine can (and currently does) conduct low flying sorties to engage ground armor, other aircraft (e.g. helicopters), or even just to chuck some unguided rockets in the general direction of Russians. F-16 can do this just fine. More aircraft means more potential to hit and saturate air defenses. USA is already supplying HARM missiles to Ukraine, so a lot of Russian radars / SAMs are operating blind to avoid being seen.

Unfortunately, there is no mechanism whatsoever to do so. Especially unfortunately its also not something any member on the security council, minus maybe France, would want.

They seem to be focusing on whats easy to sell, and importantly, easy to prove. An execution of a PoW could well be the case of rogue soldiers, which is hard to pin on Putin exactly (even if we all know he is responsible). But something on this scale has to have come through official channels, so easy to stick the charges.

(years ago)One of the new "security guards" posted at a school got caught by IT looking at porn on his laptop. His position was at the main entrance. He would scan IDs of visitors an essentially man the door. A parent saw it on the screen as they walked by. I was tasked with "documenting" the computer. That was a wonderful dive into someone's sexual life....on a work machine.

Oh, we're at the whataboutism section of the thread. OK.
Obama and George W Bush are free, in part, because the Iraq and Aghanistan invasions had tacit support of the United Nations. Furthermore, the United States provides about 24% of the UN budget as well as about 16% of NATO's budget. It's a member of the G7 and G20. It's part of Five Eyes. In short, the United States is the only superpower. Putin's warrant is further proof Russia isn't.
I won't justify the invasions or defend Obama or Bush's role. I'm stating a reality.
