No way Tom’s River should be considered Central Jersey. I live in the heart of central Jersey (somerset county) and it’s not even close. Tom’s River is shore territory.
That said, I originally thought it was Cheesequake Marshlands aka Matawan Creek.

Yes. U/haironf1re got the correct answer of Cattus Island County Park about 10mins ago. The photo is of Mosquito Cove which is within the park boundaries and part of Barnegat Bay.
