Boat house is closing, dunno if it is still open, there is a Zoo in central park too, but with schools out the place might be packed tomorrow, you can take her to the Jekyl and hyde across from the Russian Tea room for a drink, that place is a laugh

In 2022, 267 nesting pairs of bald eagles were monitored in New Jersey. There are 250 active nests (meaning the nests produced eggs) and that was an increase of 28 active nests since 2021.

2022 NJ Bald Eagle Project Report is a pdf but it has a great map with every nest location.

I live in NW NJ and have seen one perched on a tree behind my property, one soaring above when walking on my street and another flew close overhead while we were at a nearby park. Love birds of prey, hopefully seeing many more Bald Eagles over time.

tl;dr it's fine for music or directions in my opinion (not a lawyer) but not for answering phone calls or texting.

Technically, the NJ MVC rules state that for drivers with a GDL or probational license (so, a step up from learners permit) aren't allowed to use a cellphone, not even hands-free. If CarPlay counts as hands-free phone usage, you're not allowed to use it. However, CarPlay for GPS or music is probably fine since that's not prohibited, and this is just how your car gets access to directions/music. You probably shouldn't be answering any phone calls, not even hands-free though.

>Use of a cell phone (hand-held or hands-free), hand-held video games or any other hand-held wireless electronic devices (i.e., ipods, GPS) is prohibited.
