Weird fact about colts neck: they lost a measurable portion of their population in 9/11. Census data even mentions it.

Whitehouse Station was the best but it was so dead they shut it down.

Reply to Why do dead whales keep washing up in NJ? by Shawn0mara
Russian submarines are killing the whales. We could easily track their subs using sosus, sonobuoys and low power sonar while keeping them aware that we know exactly where they are. The Russians use whales as a sonar shield and are signaling to us that they are going to kill everything if we don't let them do what they want

Well... I am at a loss for words on this one.
Why did this get past the planning stages?

I almost want just a few inches of snow just to be normal. This winter has been crazy.

It’s hard to rank them since a lot of them are completely different from each other. I was a fan of all of them at one point for the exception of Kohls.
Walmart is my go-to for packaged foods..if I need fresh produce then I go to a regular supermarket. For clothes I usually either go to Burlington or order on Amazon.

Yes they do and people on Sundays that visit the attractions are always so confused when they see the signs on the stores that won't let them in to buy things

Good when you get a pet you should accept that your furniture might get damaged. Just like a kid does the same also

That's good information, but now look online and notice that there are very limited choices available commercially. I recently had to buy a scratching post for my sister -- who knew what her cats preferred -- and I wasted hours looking for one.

Reply to Please explain the weed smell. On the Turnpike driving 70mph. No cars around. Huge weed plume somehow enters my car with the windows closed. Where is it coming from ? How much are they smoking for smell to linger ? by TextEfficient
If you have a majority of drivers smoking weed which wouldn't surprise me then you will have a lot of weed smoke to enter the car. A lot more people smoking weed now than ever since it's legal.

Very interesting! I just did a quick search, there have been studies done and no cases have been found of insurance refusing to pay. While that doesn't necessarily mean they can't refuse payment, not being able to find any cases where it has happened strongly supports the idea that it can't happen because we all know insurance companies will use any means necessary to deny payment. I suppose we would have to read the insurance contract we signed with them to see if they "reserve that right". Logically, I would think they would want to refuse to pay for any action that increases the likelihood that you will get sicker (and use more of their money).

I'd proudly hang this in my house. On a good wall too, not the guestroom.

They told us this, but we’ve looked into it and it is a commonly believed MYTH! Look it up, there’s zero truth behind it.

I recognized this and had to check to make sure someone wasn't re-posting your work. Accurately captured the end of winter back when New Jersey used to get snow.

Colts Neck population in 2001: 10,384
Colts Neck population in 2002: 10,565
EDITED FOR CLARITY: I was also incorrect. Colts Neck lost five residents in 9/11. Red Bank lost two.
