I like a lot of what Andrew Yang is proposing. We as citizens need to consider options like ranked choice voting and possibly things like a mixed member district to help reform our incredibly flawed political system.

Even if you don't like the man, consider the ideas and try to propose them to our current representatives. We shouldn't live in a democracy where bribery is legalized in the form of donations, lobbyists have more influence than average citizens, and politicians pass bills and laws to help corporations, not your neighbors. It doesn't have to be two choices, and our current system can be reformed from the bottom up.

Since it comes up often I thought I'd share this article to clarify for folks who may not be aware: the Forward Party is not going to run a presidential candidate in 2024.

Party co-chair and former New Jersey Governor Christine Todd Whitman:
