Disagree. I think plenty of people know about NJ. Even if it’s a bad rep from media it’s still something. I’d call Delaware the forgotten one.

The gateway project is light years ahead of reheat the arc would have done especially when it comes to capacity. The only thing that would have made this whole situation better is if both tunnels got built.

It’s beyond that. Why should one project depend on one person to move along. Our whole state is inept. The fact that we don’t have regional transportation decisions makers is a joke.

Poconos, Catskills, High Point, camping in the pine barrens is pretty underrated and honestly probably the best outdoor location during the winter if you want to avoid icy or muddy conditions.

Murphy’s reform pledge, NJ lawmakers are working on changing liquor licensing laws that have remained largely unchanged since the years just following Prohibition: The current laws make obtaining a liquor license difficult and allow for a finite number of retail consumption licenses by rollotomasi07071
if by "he" you mean murphy - he has done as much as he can do, it is up to legislators to do something

Right. And we would have been on the hook for all the overruns. I’m not a big Christie fan but that original project needed to be revamped no matter what.

Oh cool, "holding out" only took what, 12 years? An entire fucking generation entirely fucked by Christie's mismanagement. He didn't play ball, he popped the ball and went home.

Ooh thanks for the suggestion. We did a tour of much of coastal New England last summer and both of us were really stunned by how much we enjoyed Rhode Island. Feel like it's an often overlooked destination.

Must look like a clown world to a clown.
Half of the whales were dead by being struck. Other half was likely starvation.

To all the people saying this company or that company, just shop around and go with the best price for your budget for the coverage you need. I used to be with NJM since I started driving and my parents had them too before I was born. I left them when I became independent cause they raised my rates even though I have no accidents, no tickets, good credit, etc. Moved to Geico cause they were the cheapest for the insurance coverage I want. If they raise my rates to an unfair amount then I'll jump ship again like I did with NJM.

PS - Unless you are really accident prone then I guess company would matter to a degree?

I'll never forget reading a headline as a kid that NJ had gotten down to 99% water contamination. It was a big accomplishment!

I went to Colonia High School and all I got was this increased risk of developing a brain tumor.

It wouldn't have been finished by now, but it was certainly necessary, at almost any dollar cost.

At least it would have been started. That's at minimum two years of people having worked on it, gone.

I'm pissed that Christie ruined having F1 races from NY to NJ through the tunnel. NJ could have made so much stupid money
