There were many whales in the area through summer because of the amount of food in the NY Bight region. Nothing to do with climate change or over fishing. Those whales should have moved south by now. Why are they getting struck now and not when they were all over the place months ago? I think all people are asking for is to investigate the deaths (yes some were caused by boat strikes). If the ocean was being drilled for oil and these same whale deaths were occurring the Dems would put a stop to it. What a clown world.

I would also advise staying at the hotel at the airport and then leaving early to drive down and maybe go to Cape May or somewhere along the shore

Yeah I lived there a long time. The train can take an hour to an hour and a half if it's not delayed. There's express trains to and from you can take depending on the time.

BMW crew does it as well. Loud unnecessary modified exhausts and weaving in and out of traffic just waiting for an accident to happen. Seen it on route 20 and 208

I hope he adjusts the brewery laws as well. They are killing any microbreweries for starting in NJ.

White Horse has been mine and my husbands favorite spot so far in Newport! Castle Hill Inn is also great for lunch and drinks (the view is really what brings people there).

You do know whales have been shifting the migration patterns due to overfishing and climate change right?

Yes and it’s still a den of corruption and nepotism. No one gets a job there without connections. I’m not saying much of the private sector isn’t that way, too, but it’s true.

Had all kinds of driving dreams.
Like you, sometimes they center around "no control," and were mostly that the brakes don't work (like someone else mentioned).
Some other times, the steering is off.
Other times, I'm in the backseat and there's no one in the front, so I gotta drive.
Some other times, though, the themes have been really amazing. Like exploring, journeying to new lands, seeing something beautiful, even bouncing in a safe but physics-defying way, or even flying.
Dreams are cool, mysterious, and have crazy emotional impact (to the dreamer, while sounding fairly silly and uninteresting to listeners lol).

Some appointed officials perhaps. The people who do the nuts and bolts of the work do a thankless, vital job with an insane amount of scrutiny and review. Its not a perfect organization but NJ and NY would be devastated if they weren’t there.

We need more details. Do you have kids? What do you like to do?
- DC is all around a great trip
- The shore in the summer
- NYC; so much to do and see

Why are there a ton of boat strikes only while this surveying is going on?
Yes, whales get hit by boats, but never at this rate.
The sonar and underwater noise does cause issues with the whales. When they were doing underwater geologic blasting a few years ago, the whales were acting strange then too.
All I'm saying is it should be studied/observed.
