OP, I dealt with this for a few months and just switched my medication. See if that might be an option for you?

If not, call around to local pharmacies as they sometimes have stock although it is getting more and more rare. Walgreens and CVS won't tell you even if they do have it in stock due to their policies but the local ones are usually okay with telling you.

Was also told costco pharmacy is a good route, you don't need to be a member to use it

This actually more has to due with malpractice insurance.

Basically what it boils down to is a physician that is well liked by their clients, despite having poorer outcomes is less likely to get sued than physicians less well liked but yields better (relative) outcomes.

Therefore in our heavily litigious society, it behooves the practitioner to remain well liked.

Hell, with the current round of sensitivity training going around, you can’t even call someone clinically obese, you can only refer to them possessing excessive adipose. Because it hurts their feelings, nevermind the laundry list of health problems obesity causes.

When you work in healthcare you come to realize basically every person you see is 5 seconds and a no from turning into a screeching Karen.

Sadly there are a good amount of these types it seems in my experience from going to different doctors, clinics, etc. They rush you in and out the door, depending on the mood they're in, if they're busy and pressed for time, etc. It seems like most don't listen and discuss as much as they should many times and that's really unfortunate for the patient. There is nothing worse than having to explain yourself/your feelings, issues, etc over and over again to many different doctors and nurses, while lots of them aren't even really listening like they should be IMO. Seems like more than anything a lot of us/ a lot of times we're nothing more than a 'lab rat'/ 'test subject' to see how a particular medication will effect you/ how it will work for you. I can't stand that type of BS TBH. Plus, many of these meds take a longer period of time for your body to adapt to/ to see it's effectiveness for you. Blah.😔👎

This. Definitely nothing more than 'prescription meth' for the most part. Never understood why people would want to put all those nasty ass chemicals that meth has in it in their bodies. Phosphorus from match heads, drain cleaner, bleach, lithium from batteries, pseudoephedrine, etc etc etc. Yuck. Despite the fact that I far prefer 'downers' to 'uppers,' I would not enjoy being up and not able to sleep for days on end. I have insomnia issues to begin with. Who wants to be a paranoid idiot that's out to lunch acting stupid and unpredictable that needs So damn rest?!?! So many other drugs that are better than that trash at the end of the day. No thank you. 👎😔

My son has gone for some of the open fencing sessions when they were just starting up…and now gets a discounted rate because he’s part of his high school team. He enjoys going and gets some practice against some really good fencers. The coaches seem pretty high caliber, although my son hasn’t done any individual lessons so can’t really speak to that. Whether the full rate is worth is is really a personal decision. If you’re hoping to get good enough to earn a scholarship to a D1 fencing program some day, then it may be worth it. If you’re just starting out and doing it for fun, maybe not.

I didn’t take it for most of my life, so I face the feeling of dependence head on and try to be mindful of my actions & thoughts. I definitely benefit from taking the medication, but I could live without it.
