PMC might be the closest to your price range of the bigger property groups. They have properties in downtown and Wooster Square. They’re pretty middle of the road in terms of property groups in New Haven, not the worst, but also not the best.

I work in food service so I have lots of practice. I've thought about this myself, but never followed through. Maybe because of it being right in front of me--but, the result is that my Spanish is very much noun-centric and useless outside of a kitchen.

Online classes plus being in a place where everybody speaks it would do a lot. You might not need formal classes. Check Craigslist, there might be some tutors there.

Will you be Yale affiliated? Yale has lists of apartments. Check their websites. Also, there are Yale groups that share apartments lists, like International postgrads. Ask around, I don’t have a link as it’s been many years. The Yale Reddit sub might know. And not all the Yale lists are Yale exclusive.

Also some people advertise their rentals on Facebook marketplace

i'm looking to setup regular outdoor games at Rice Field in east rock park in the spring as early as consistent weather permits

looking to setup small sided games up to 11v11 and depending on how many people show multiple games based on what you want to play, competitive or casual.

I'm putting together a whatsapp group to organize details later on and will be advertising fliers around East Rock.

DM if you want to be added to the list for the Spring, we have many people in the downtown and greater New Haven area with interest

My partner and I moved to NH last month from Denver and we used Seabury Hill Realtors—like a lot of others have in this sub. We managed to find a rental in literally a day, but had to give up on the idea of living directly downtown. We live in Westville, about 15-20mins from downtown on the bus.
