I’ve needed a ride to the airport at 4:00 and was fine in New Haven. Just open Uber ap near Bridgeport station and start looking for a ride from nhv station. It’s about 20 min from bpt to nhv and that might alert some drivers

It's how you handle the bad days that makes the difference. In my case, they dealt with it without any grace.

I still haven't gotten refunded for my $135 in checked bags, yet alone a voucher. And, the 3rd party contractors Avelo had working at the gate who couldn't answer any questions and treated us like criminals for wanting to know a flight status...the screaming you witnessed doesn't surprise me.

Yeah, I'm waiting for anything like this to come back from my canceled flight from PBI to New Haven. Their "normal customer service" is some 3rd party contractor at PBI that has no direct line to anyone from Avelo and if you ask a question they can't answer, they threaten to call TSA on you. It was insane. They wanted to call TSA on me and a bunch of grandma's that were trying to figure out what was going on. I was stuck in the airport for 14 hours with my children (one special needs) and no updates (until it was finally canceled).

there are typically cabs waiting at the union station cab stand until the last metro north train gets in. all you have to do is walk out the door and get in.

Agreed, Uber no problem. Also, NHV’ main taxi co is M7 and you can reserve online, too.

I work at a bar downtown. We regularly get out 2-4 am. I drive but 75% of my coworkers Uber. You’ll be fine.

Try it with Lyft reserve. I have done it multiple times around 3 4 AM in the morning and they always assign a driver way in advance.

I’d schedule a ride in advance so that there would be someone available to pick you up. Ive done it around 4-5am before
