You should probably at least say where the office is actually located, so we can help you decide what's within an hour of that location.

The best I've seen is Sun Shui in Bedford. They will occasionally have "mini buns" that are small XLB.

Exeter area, has been mostly rain to this point but just now turning to thick snow.

Raymond area, just woke up. Looks like there's already a good 5-6 inches, wet and heavy. Still got power though. Hoping it stays that way.

Where is the office and what does “decent” budget mean?

Power just went out here in Nashua. 2-3 inches of wet snow. Blustery wind occasionally.

OP is cavalier with disregarding anything but confirming information, which I take the most issue with but candidly I would also like to tone down the influx into NH.
I would also love a significant tax on home/land purchases for anyone who hasn't been a primary resident for at least 5 years.

Seacoast inland (Roch/Somersworth) we had rain until about quarter of 5 AM today and then it swapped over to wet fluffy shit. It's sticking pretty well to trees, no wind yet but it's still early.

While I agree, OP also said in the same post on a different sub they don't want a blizzard every year.

I set a reminder for two years. I figure it's enough time for her to execute the move, hate the move (again), and then we'll see if it's still a two parent family unit.

New Boston here. Power is out and we have like 10” of heavy snow so far. Supposed to get like 24” today. Been heavy snowing since 10pm

Do not live in Portsmouth itself with that salary.
My son’s girlfriend (recent environmental science graduate likely working a similar job as you) lives in Portsmouth with a roommate on $45K a year, but she’s always broke. Lol.
The apartment market is also very tight on the seacoast. Sometimes you’re battling with many others for a place. You must make 3 times the rent for most places to accept you.
My son lives in Dover. It’s a great area for young people and only a 25 minute drive to Portsmouth.

Same. Power is flickering here, but when it goes out we usually get it back pretty quick.
Neighbor is the 1st person on the next grid over, so when I get my power back they're still out.

Just up the road in Dublin, we lost power at 5 but it's back on now. 12 inches here already. This shit is insanely heavy, though. Heavier than the last few dumps, which were also heavy wet snow. I've already had to cut one tree down.
Gonna be a fun cleanup tomorrow.
Edit Lost power again at 8:30AM, on the gen again. Snow looks to be around 16" as of 9AM.

If you've never been to Wyoming in the Winter time you have no idea of what OP is saying. "Cold and windy" do not describe NH in comparison to Wyoming.

Fingers crossed, but haven't lost power in my area of Moultonborough once since at least October when I moved here. That said, I'm still putting in a generator.
