I'll be darned - live and learn. It was completed so late that I assumed it was paved from the start.

I like dirt roads but if that baby was unpaved - it's so steep, so icy/snowy - it would cost a fortune to make it usable every spring.

I live near Claremont Pet & Aquarium Center. Love the staff, super helpful, they will special order the fish I’m looking to get and can cut you some great deals at times. Fish Mike’s in Manch is also a fave.

We have bought 2 houses without a realtor. The first one we offered slightly over the asking price and weren't looking for any additional rebate. They also were not working with a realtor. The second one we agreed with the sellers to buy before it went on the market. They agreed with their realtor a 2% total commission and we split the difference (by reducing the offer accordingly).

Jay's aquatics in Salem was always good for freshwater variety, I haven't been in years but that is where I got my clown knife and my dragon goby.
