Yeah - Subarus are great up here but after about 110K they get weepy (and our last one did have a catastrophic head gasket issue.) Toyotas and Hondas will run a very long time if you treat them right. Kia and Hyundai are well made and will generally have a long life expectancy, though after 100K miles or so they will start to consume oil so you have to stay on top of that.

One of my friends have been advising me against Subaru due to their notorious head gasket issues, but Toyota seems to be a decent brand. Honda I don’t know much about.

They aren't defending those scum, they are highlighting the fact that the context changed how the law was applied, giving examples.
You may have missed that before you commented but they are defending all of us.

I'll go ahead and disagree. If you own tools, you should know how to maintain them. If you can't do major repairs, that's fine but know how to keep them running and store them properly. No need to pay hundreds more over time than you paid for the tool in the first place.

Reply to Merrimack (or Portsmouth) Apartments? by arimathea
Merrimack is a good, albeit boring, place to live. I know nothing about SLATE except that they're brand new and right next to the outlets, with easy access to route 101A. 101A has a (very busy) Market Basket, a Whole Foods further down and many many shops and restaurants ranging from very good to dreadful.

Exeter only has Amtrak, I don’t think I have seen any buses going through there.

Winters without a car in NH can be really rough! I would recommend getting a car and that will open up your location options as well

Be aware that not all public transportation will go to all parts of whatever city/town you live in. You may have to walk a bit just to get to a stop.

Truth. Personally, I’ve never had a bad used car experience when purchasing in MA. Both times I’ve picked up a used car in NH ended up being awful experiences.

Keene has a decent transit bus. They also have a walkable downtown and most of the town is accessable by the rail trail.

That they do. The way you worded that before you edited it made it seem like you were trying to hire a plow guy. My apologies.

You’re the type of person they’ll look to to justify their beliefs. You’re acting as if New England has been some multicultural mecca for its existence when that’s not the case. You’re willfully distorting reality. They dig in further.

If they did trespass while hanging that sign, find them guilty of trespassing.
But adding a charge for the content of their sign is wrong, IMO, even if it is despicable. This is a road we as a country should not go down.
