I don’t hate the idea. Who the hell wants to stand there breathing everyone else’s air anyhow? And those sketchy bumps at the towers? no thanks

Because of an 8 vehicle train of fuckboys? I think you would be far more disappointed elsewhere.

Same, we have friends that were in an enlightened "open marriage" and are now bitterly divorced.

If you really want to meet swingers, you can meet them online easily enough, and they will happily tell you where they have their events.
We had friends who were exploring it some years ago as a way to “enhance” their marriage. They are now divorced, and both remarried. YMMV.

It was a shredding company so it just gets dumped into a large industrial shredder. Takes a second or two to shred. More likely the hotel person set it on the recycle box because they were busy and planning on putting them away later and just forgot.

Why was the hotel holding the passports in the first place??

What does a hotel need with a shredding service?

There are subreddits for this. I would imagine easier than meeting random people.

Forgive me but if someone asked me what that thing in the pic was, I’d say it’s a gondola lol. I’m gonna have to go google the difference.

As others have said, the area between exits 10-16 can be treacherous. The weather there is worse than anywhere else around—and I’ve received multiple reports of Bigfoot collisions in that stretch.

I fail to see the problem with this idea. What are the downsides?

Just watch out for the first 2 storms of the year. Our first one in December last year, it was literally not plowed at all, ever. We got a foot of snow where I am and 8 hours after it stopped snowing there was still a foot of very chopped up snow on the highway.

I think the issue is that while 74% favor legalization, I don't believe that means 74% find the status quo onerous. Most people don't have any burning desire for legal weed, so allowing government to work slowly is fine for them.
In general, government being slow or incapable of action is better than the alternative. That's on display here. We're seeing Justice Brandeis' little laboratories of democracy in action.

She has to do with the fact that it isn't legal.

My first weekend trip to downtown concord last year consisted of an eight vehicle convoy of proud boys honking their horns and waving their “ let’s go Brandon” flags. I’ve never been more disgusted and disappointed with New Hampshire in my life.

It's worth considering that a police officer could be right 999 times out of 1000, but all that good work can be forgotten when a case like this makes the news. Unfortunately, we rely on the statistical median IQ of the population to be correct 100% of the time, which puts a lot of pressure on them, much like the pressure put on teachers.
It's unclear whether the police officer failed in their duty in this case or if some policy prevented them from "protecting and serving." Having oversight in such situations could significantly reduce the failure rate. If a police officer is likely to make an error in judgment 5% of the time, having someone review the case could reduce the failure rate to 0.25%. Something to consider. But you know. Defund the police?
I'm one of the rare few who are willing to give police officers the benefit of the doubt because they're human, and humans make errors all the time. We put a lot of pressure on certain professions to do things that humans aren't capable of, such as the grocery store worker who directed us to the wrong aisle or the drive-thru worker who messed up our order. Although errors can have significant impacts, they're all made by humans, who are inherently flawed by virtue of being human.

No one was asking the police to give the owner the person's phone number. They were asking the police to contact the owner of the trailer. This does not breach any privacy.

That's not just a Bedford thing, it's pretty widespread. I'm also told by people who tried it that it never works.
