This is preschool-happiness is vital to a child’s development and ability to learn. Preschool should be play based. He has 13 years of schooling ahead of him, 4/5 year olds should be playing and having fun. Happiness will set the stage for future successful learning.

If your child doesn’t get into K think of it as an extra year of childhood. Pushing into kindergarten means an extra year of adulthood.

Your best bet would be to reach out to the school principal and request a meeting or ask what the process is for requesting an exemption. They should be able to let you know the steps!

All politician 's just want to have the other party in their way so they can blame them. The left will try to push Marijuana legalization and if enough Republicans are against it they'll blame Republicans. Even though they could have done it a year ago. Same with decriminalization of all non violent drug 'crimes. Heck the left are the ones who really worked ri Crack down on them in the 80s and 90s.

LOL in that case try Loon for sure.

But for real, they're not kidding, on vacation weeks and especially weekends there isn't an un-crowded mountain. All the families are thinking the same thing you are and they will inundate everything, even tiny skidmark mountains. It's why most of us natives without kids wont even try to go during this two week period.

Two of my boys are October and missed the cut off. Trust me. Don't rush them into school. Take advantage of them being older then the other kids. None of the kids notice the subtle age difference, but your child will do much better in school.

Seriously, this is the paywalled article:

NH safety officials ask for vigilance as white supremacists promote ‘day of hate’

The state Department of Safety is urging New Hampshire residents and visitors to be “vigilant” this weekend, after white supremacist groups posted online messages referencing a “national day of hate” on Saturday.

The agency stressed that it has received no information regarding any “credible threats or scheduled events” in New Hampshire.
