Totally insane now. Bought my house in Exeter on 2.5 acres for under $350K in 2014 and I could get $600K walking away. Maybe even $700K with the property (not house) improvements I've done myself. Of course, if I did that, to keep any profit and stay in the seacoast, I'd probably have to live in a treehouse...

You are proving my point. Stop lecturing people. This is one more reason to hate free staters. You want engage in some deep philosophical debate over Reddit comment section. I have heard all those things before, this is not my first rodeo.

I have counter point ON EVERYTHING YOU SAID. But I am not going to engage with you. I don’t owe you any explanations and I don’t need them from you. The fact that you want to continue engage shows exactly what type of person represents the FSP.

Did you not read what I said? It certainly doesn’t seem like you did. It seems like all you want to do is lecture people, but what you don’t see is no one cares because no one’s liberty is in jeopardy. I have been down that road and back again.

Plus I can give you the libertarian argument FOR universal basic income and universal healthcare. (You read that right).

So congrats to you for being 100% right about everything and having the solution to all of the worlds problems.

I am just and ignorant leftist Marxist Leninist socialist that loves beuracracy and hates liberty and freedom.

Sound good?

Yes. I'm paying $49.99 for 200 MBPS internet. They will entertain lower prices if you have viable competition at your address.

The ads are promotional and for a limited time. I also have service in MA at my mother's place and it's $40/month for 400 MBPS but it goes to $108 after two years.

I have been doing the negotiations thing since around 2015. It wasn't all that pleasant back then but the last few times, they just said "OK". They are losing paid TV customers and probably growing broadband customers and it costs them a small fortune to get a customer back once they leave for another service. Because such services are sticky because of equipment costs.

When Fidium was becoming available in my area I called Comcast. I stated Fidium was offering me X price which was much better than xfinity pricing. I stated I’d prefer to stay with them and they beat Fidium by giving 300mbs for $49.95 for two years.

I was told a way to get the promotions is to switch to a TV/Internet package for two weeks, call back and ask to switch to Internet only (or vice versa), and then you will get some promos similar to a new customer rate on your account, and be able to lock it for 3 years.

Also, dont use the web chat. Call the xfinity number, 1-800-xfinity and dont do a callback.

We are tentatively switching to Fidium this week! I'm a bit nervous since I work from home and things are reliable enough - but I am also over the poor customer service with Xfinity and annual pricing increases. But it sounds like you're loving it? Any complaints?

>Gunstock

A ski resort owned by the state, freaked out when told they need to have more transparent finances and proper management, because they are millions in debt. Somehow that's the fault of freestaters because two of the people on the commission are freestaters? Remind me again why the state owns a ski resort?

>School boards

Take Croyden for example: Average schools are spending $9k/student. A freestater in Croyden tried cutting their $22k/student budget down to $10k. Still above average, and these are just elementary school kids in a one room schoolhouse, who despite high funding are having very poor scores. Somehow that's destruction by freestaters, even though it was majority NOT freestaters who voted in favor of it.

>Trash collection

You're referencing Grafton. Because lots of trash collection is privatized already, but there some local lady (not a freestater) was feeding bears like an idiot and therefore it must be trash collection problems caused by freestaters when the bear attacked.

I pay $79/month for GigaBit, so it's worth calling to talk to someone.

Or, realistically, see if you can find a better ISP.

Can you get Fidium fiber?

First off, it’s sand and salt … not dirt. Second, you are going to have to figure out to decipher directions like that if you plan to live somewhere like Lempster.

Free sand is almost always at the town highway department garage. It’s probably down the road a bit on the old town road.
