Any attempt to do that would be blatantly unconstitutional.

> The U.S. Supreme Court [most recently] dealt with the right to travel in the case of Saenz v. Roe, 526 U.S. 489 (1999). In that case, Justice John Paul Stevens, writing for the majority, held that the United States Constitution protected three separate aspects of the right to travel among the states:
>
> (1) the right to enter one state and leave another (an inherent right with historical support from the Articles of Confederation),
>
> (2) the right to be treated as a welcome visitor rather than a hostile stranger (protected by the "Privileges and Immunities" clause in Article IV, § 2), and

> (3) (for those who become permanent residents of a state) the right to be treated equally to native-born citizens (this is protected by the 14th Amendment's Privileges or Immunities Clause; citing the majority opinion in the Slaughter-House Cases, Justice Stevens said, "the Privileges or Immunities Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment ... has always been common ground that this Clause protects the third component of the right to travel.").

And I've dealt with people like you - condescending assholes who arrogantly judge people who they know absolutely nothing about. Get off your high horse and quit pretending you know anything. You're clearly a moron since you think no one is ever unjustly accused, cops are right 100% of the time, never make mistakes, and the whole justice system works like a flawless, well-oiled machine. Anyone who is accused of anything and objects to it MUST be guilty, right? What a clueless clod you are. And a bitter, miserable person, the type who feels the need to try to make themselves feel important by make sneering comments to strangers for no reason other than to try to make yourself feel better about yourself jn your own mind. I pity you, seriously.

In fact I just talked to my new lawyer and he said I'm right about the whole situation, so suck my balls, moron. You're not "pretty confident", you're wildly overconfident to the point of arrogance.

You know that most people who know you think you're a collassal dick, right?

A good Planning Board member should be fair and unbiased to evaluate each application on its own merits. Planning Board members are supposed to act like judges, not activists. Putting his politics aside, nothing in this article leads me to believe he will have an unbiased approach to a Planning Board position.

Jayhawk out of air station Cape Cod. As others have said, likely doing training. I think the coasties in Cape Cod are trying to build their overland rescue capabilities.

I was wondering the same. I heard it and looked outside and saw the helicopter, and thought it looked like Coast Guard.

The Coast Guard does occasionally assist with inland rescues in this part of the country, especially when conditions are poor. Those helicopters (Jayhawks) can handle some intense weather and the pilots train in it and for it.
