EDIT: Just found an example of a recycled effect that irrationally annoys me in movies. This wooden door sound is forever associated with Diablo in my mind, but keep hearing it throughout a surprising number of movies. The Wilhelm scream is amusing, I don't mind it. But this one just sounds lazy, like no one's recorded a new door sound in at least 20 years.

I didn't think the story was boring in the slightest. I thought it was compelling to watch Dani's journey throughout the film.

There are young, healthy, sapient, literate humans scrawling the internet every day that have no idea what happens in <your favorite movie from the 70s, 80s, or 90s> and it's weird that you would include those people in your arbitrary spoiler timer. Why punish 15 year olds for not being up to date with all of your favorite 30 year old movies?
